AI-poweredautomation

I understand how you work, then I use AI where rules are no longer enough. My yardstick: the time you get back.

Do these tasks sound familiar?

These are examples, not client references.

  • Reading invoices that never look the same
  • Sorting and filing incoming emails
  • Finding a piece of information in your documents
  • Answering the same customer questions
  • Matching statements with entries
  • Preparing a report from several sources

Where rules are no longer enough

Rules

Perfect when the format is fixed and the condition is clear: copying a value, sending a reminder, updating a spreadsheet.

AI

Useful when the content varies: a freely written email, an invoice from an unknown supplier, a question asked the way the customer words it. It reads, understands and suggests.

An example

Before: every invoice arrives in a different form. Someone reads it, retypes the supplier, the date and the amounts, then files it.

After: AI reads the invoice whatever its form, checks the totals and files it. You only see the doubtful cases.

How I work

  1. Understand

We talk about your business, your tools and your habits. I look at how a file, an invoice or a request travels, from start to finish.

  2. Spot and estimate

I look for the repetitive steps: the ones that follow rules, the ones that require reading and understanding, the ones where the same information is retyped from one tool to another. Together we estimate the time given back, with your own figures. If the gain is too small, I tell you.

  3. Build

I build the automation with the simplest tool that fits, rules, AI or both, and I test it on your real documents before handing it over.

  4. Follow up

I check that everything holds over time, fix what needs fixing, and we measure the time actually given back.

What I build

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to change our software?

Usually not. We first look at connecting what you already use. I only suggest a new tool when nothing existing fits.

How long does it take to automate a task?

It depends on the task and the tools. After our first conversation, I give you a written estimate before starting.

Does my data stay confidential?

Your documents are only used for your project. For an AI assistant, it is possible to work with a model installed on your own machine, with nothing sent to an outside service.

How do I get a quote?

Write to me describing the task that takes you the most time. I reply with precise questions, then a quote. There is no price list: each project is priced individually.
